Our team have been working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS’s) for over 20 years. We have both optimised the use of ATS’s and implemented ATS’s. We ensure that the company can both capture, extract and analyse meaningful Management Information (MI). The introduction of a new ATS helps drive the need for more efficient and effective recruitment processes and when done properly creates a great experience for the recruiter, the candidate, the hiring manager and the business.
Our approach is to look holistically at the tool, with a particular focus on the outputs, the reporting and management information and ensuring that the candidate experience is as seamless as possible. Our experience of ATS’s includes: iCIMS, iGRasp, Team Tailor, Workday, Brassring, Taleo and SuccessFactors.
We implemented iCIMS in under six weeks for a SaaS, for another client we audited their ATS, and then needed to reverse engineer the ATS and go back to basics, to ensure optimisation of the tool with no disruption to the use of the tool to the candidates. We implemented Team Tailor in under four weeks ensuring that we had the flexibility to amend the developing Employee Value Proposition.
